Kelley Carlton

Rusty Carlton -
Woodruff, SC - Rusty is a full time shop foreman for
Blanchard Caterpillar. Rusty acts as the Lead Tech Official
for both O'Reilly Southern All Stars and KELCAR MotorSports.
He has been involved in racing for nearly 47 years.
Alton Wilson
- Laurens, SC - Alton is a SC Certified Paramedic and
Firefighter. He is a full time Paramedic Supervisor for
Laurens County EMS, Alton is the Senior Tech Official for
the O'Reilly Southern All Stars and KELCAR events. Alton has
been involved in racing for more than 20 years.
Chris Rooney
- Greenwood, SC - Chris is a full time security officer for
Self Memorial Hospital and a volunteer SC certified
firefighter Captain. Chris acts as a Tech and Safety
Official for both the O'Reilly Southern All Stars and KELCAR
events. Chris has been involved with racing for 15 years.
Robert "Tator"
Riser - Waterloo, SC - Tator is a full time CDL driver
for Allied Waste and a volunteer SC Certified firefighter
Chief. Tator acts as a Tech and Safety Official for both the
O'Reilly Southern All Stars and KELCAR events. Tator
has been involved and around racing for 10 years.
Travis Scott -
Pelzer, SC - Travis is a full time high school student at
Woodmont High School. Travis at the tender age of sixteen
has become known as one of the south's most prolific race
announcers. He is the voice of both the O'Reilly
Southern All Stars and KELCAR events. Travis, whose
father Keith raced for several years, has been involved
with racing all of his life.
Brian Lane
- Woodruff, SC - Brian is a full time CNC Machinist with
Springfield Tool and Die. Brian is a former KELCAR MotorSports
Team driver. Brian now acts as a part time
official for KELCAR events.
Bruce Camp -
Shelby, NC - Bruce is a full time insurance agent for
State Farm in Shelby, NC. Bruce has served as a pit steward
for several race tracks and for the Carolina Clash Racing
Series. He serves as a part time official for KELCAR events.
Katie Carlton
- THE BOSS - Laurens, SC - Katie is the daughter of Kelley
Carlton and the proud daddy just wanted to show off his
beautiful little girl.
