KELCAR MotorSports Media began
as only a weekend hobby of KMM President and Owner
Kelley Carlton but the hobby has quickly begun to consume from
40 to 50 hours per week and now includes ten industry companies
and twelve race teams. Our office is located in Woodruff,
South Carolina.
Kelley has been involved with
racing all of his life. His father Russell was a car owner
during Kelley's childhood years allowing him to spend many
hours working on race cars and being at the race track. Later Kelley
worked as a pit steward at the Confederate Motor Speedway and
then at the Laurens County Speedway. Kelley progressed
through the ranks at Laurens and was eventually named the
Director of Competition for Cogsdill Promotions. Kelley
continued to work with several race teams during that time.
In 1999 Kelley joined the O'Reilly
Southern All Stars as an on track official. In 2004 Kelley
was named Series Director for the Alabama based touring group, a
capacity in which he still serves today. All the while Kelley has
continued to build his client list and build KELCAR MotorSports
Media and the services it offers.
Kelley is the father of one daughter
- Katie. The remainder of Kelley's family has been deeply
involved and are an integral part of KELCAR MotorSports.
Kelley's brother Rusty is his closest and most trusted
confidant. Rusty serves in many capacities within the company. Kelley also has several dedicated and trusted
employees who are also some of his closest friends. Please visit
